PRODUCT SUPPLIED TO THIS SPECIFICATION SHALL BE MANUFACTURED BY AN ACCREDITED MANUFACTURER (FOR COMPONENTS AND ASSEMBLIES) AND/OR ASSEMBLED BY AN ACCREDITED MANUFACTURER OR ACCREDITED ASSEMBLING DISTRIBUTOR (FOR ASSEMBLIES) AS LISTED IN THE PRI QML OR QPL FOR THIS STANDARD. THE PRI QML OR QPL IS AVAIABLE AT WWW.EAUDITNET.COM.; Approved Sources are: Cutler-Hammer/Westinghouse Electric and SPD Technologies.; The proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity type Contract which contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.; While prices may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.; The following Government-wide Numbered Note(s) applies: 9.
