- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for customers Little Rock AFB, Whitemam AFB, and Scott AFB. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for delivery beginning August 30, 2009 and ending August 27, 2011. The contract period will be two (2) years. Prices for Year 1 will be established at time of award and will be firm fixed. At the end of Year 1, Year 2 prices will be established. Prices for Year 2 will be the lower of the two - the offered prices for Year 2 on the initial bid or the Year 1 prices plus applicable Producer Price Index changes. Once Year 2 prices are established, they will be firm fixed. The solicitation will contain three groups of items, which will each be awarded independently. Group 1 will contain bread and bakery items for customers at Little Rock AFB in Arkansas. Group 2 will contain bread and bakery items for customers at Whiteman AFB in Missouri. Group 3 will contain bread and bakery items for customers at Scott AFB in Illinois. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors should register prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date: May 13, 2009.
