This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number PTO297P0950272 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, effective on March 31, 2009. The offeror must meet the requirements as detailed in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for an enterprise computer forensics software solution. A written solicitation is requested in accordance with the instructions contained in the attached Request for Quote.
