- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Design and install a multipurpose presentation/audio visual system integration base system, utilizing Government-owned property (five 46 inch plasma displays, 10 computers and 10 touchscreen monitors). System capabilities: Mounted plasma displays shall have the ability to display images from each floating workstation and instructor station, with all base system components housed in a wall equipment rack. Control of all plasma displays will be accomplished via remotes supplied by manufacturer; and matrix switch will be programmed with pre-sets to display images from floating stations to plasma displays. System package shall include one year maintenance support for all contractor-supplied equipment and components.
