- The purpose of this amendment is to change the following: 1. Change Section L.7, page 151, "Offerors should contact" Michael Rich at (571) 345-2366 to "Offerors should contact" Shapleigh Drisko at (703) 875-6010. 2. Change Section L.11, page 152, "Time, Place, and Submission of of Offer" last sentence, 1st paragraph to read: If delivery is in person, Offeror shall contact Mr. Shapleigh Drisko, Contracting Officer, by phone at (703) 875-6010, 48 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Also, change Postal and Courier address from Attn: Michael Rich to Attn: Shapleigh Drisko. 3. Change Section L.15, page 153, "Offeror Questions/Clarifications" 3rd paragraph to read: Questions/Clarifications shall be sent only to the Contracting Officer via email at: driskoSC@state.gov, Attn: Shapleigh Drisko.
