- Notice of intent to use Other Than Full and Open competition: The Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM), headquartered at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, desires to lease approximately 40,430 square feet of office, conference and special support space in Huntsville, AL. The total of 40,430 square feet may be divided into separate facilities of 28,170 and 12,260 square feet. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to execute a full service lease for a one-year firm term and four succeeding option years for the space based on immediate need, economic, mission, and other factors which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. Required: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet all Government fire/safety requirements, off-post security requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. The delineated area is in the Greater Huntsville Area preferably convenient to Redstone Arsenal. The space is required on or before 1 October 2009.
