The resultant award will be Firm Fixed Price with a base period of one year and four one-year options. Offerors are required to supply pricing for all Services, failure to so will result in the offer being determined non-responsive and ineligible for award. Services will be supplied in full compliance with VA Directive 1663. To be eligible for award, an offerors performance facility must be located in Bexar County, Texas.
