Description
The Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command(MICC),- Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to ThemeWorks, Inc. to equipped and prepare murals for the Airborne & Special Operations Museum as requested in a timely manner. The requirement will be set aside for Small Business Concerns, under NAICS 236220, with a size standard of $33.5 M. ThemeWorks Inc. are a well known, reputable company and well acquainted with museum quality of work. Current dioramas have been built by ThemeWorks; the company is very familiar with the anticipated quality of design and fabrication of the final product. This company can maintain the constant quality of our exhibit work in the manner that has already been established. This source of supply is the only identified source who can fully meet the immediate requirements in the timeframe given. Failure to purchase these items would enable the story line to train todays soldiers in airborne and special operations history. This is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, the training will be awarded without further notice. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the email address provided below no later than May 7, 12:00 noon local time.
