- FORM 90075-USE RESTRICTION AGREEMENT COMPLIANCE REVIEW DOCUMENT DRAFT SOW for Use Agreement Monitoring and Analysis THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION, OR INVITATION FOR BID NOTICE. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. Any Response to this notice will not be considered as an offer and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting comments, suggestions and industry feedback regarding the Office of MultiFamily Housing Asset Management Use Agreement Monitoring and Analysis. Specifically, we are conducting market research (for informational purposes ony) to identify 8A small businesses who have the qualifications and experience to provide the services stated in the attachment in support of the Use Agreement Monitoring and Analysis. HUD welcomes all questions, concerns, clarifications and any other input that would assist in developing this requirement. Industry input is sought in order to make the MF Asset Management Use Agreement Monitoring and Analysis requirement as complete, accurate, understandable and achievable as possible. The Proposed Notice has been attached for your review and comments. In response to this sources sought, all 8As are encouraged to submit the following: 1. Capability packages with detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the attached requirement. 2. The company must identify the three (3) most recent contracts and provide the following information for each: a. Contract type b. Contract number c. Technical description d. Dollar amount e. Period of Performance f. Customer reference name and telephone number NOTE: This information must be submitted on either on-going or completed contracts not more than 3 years ago, that demonstrate performance relevant to the requirements stated in the DRAFT Statement of Work. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. Interested parties, please review the document based on the instructions above and submit all comments, suggestions and feedback along with 1 electronic to the following: Tanya.J.Latson@hud.gov, no later than Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 11:30am. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a company may be requested to meet with MF Asset Management. A synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later date.
