- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Hood intends to award a sole source purchase order to Vetwork Learning Solutions, 10008 Falls Rd 3 Fl Potomac, MD 20854-4104 for suicide prevention role play training utilizing an interactive, branching storyline script, in accordance with Vet-Works Virtual Experience Immersive Learning Simulations (VEILS) process patent # 5,813,863. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
