- Statement of Work 1. Provide and install 2 (two) Swing Gate Operators. The swing gate operators must support two 1000 lbs, 8’ x 10’ swing gates that operate over 500 cycles (open and close) a day. The swing gate operator’s electrical connections shall be set up as a master and slave unit. a. The swing gate operators shall be installed at the location of the existing operators. The operators shall be installed as according to manufacturer’s specifications. The Contractor is responsible for installing the hardware modules and electrical equipment needed to connect the new swing gate operators to the EBP Access Control System and any additional materials needed to insure correct installation of the operators. 2. Installation of new Detector Loops. The Contractor shall utilize the existing loops located at the main gates. If required, the Contractor may install new loops as authorized by the Government.
