- This is a Market Survey to locate sources to supply the U.S. Army with 200 Computer Test Sets, TS-3920C/ASM, NSN 6625-01-529-3346, P/N 05-0330-07, and for the repair of the Armys fielded Computer Test Sets, both here after will be referred to as Computer Test Set TS-3920C/ASM. The current source for this unit is Ultrax Inc., of Lees Summit, Missouri, Cage Code 07PR7. The Army does not own or have access to a complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance testing of this item. The Army does not have the technical drawing package; nor can it make it available to any other organization. Only the original manufacturer, Ultrax Inc., has the complete technical Data Package. The Computer Test Set TS-3920C/ASM is used to detect, and align faults in the Automated Flight Control System for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. Vendor capable of supplying and maintaining this unit must so indicate, by writing to Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Building 1200E, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, maintain the Computer Test Set TS-3920C/ASM.
