- Request for Quotation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice for the US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Roman L Hruska U.S. Meat Animal Research Center. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This constitutes the only notification before award. Solicitation reference # F4ATD19111A003 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 327320. Small business standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The description of items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 - Readymix Concrete. QTY: 405 cubic yards., approximate date and time will be coordinated with awardee and customer after award.
