- This notice is to announce that NSN 5985-01-204-0074 will be solicited in the near future for an Indefinite Quantity contract which includes one base year plus four option years. The five year estimated quantity is 12,920 each. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking depots. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 06/01/2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The approved source is Apex Airtronics, Inc (26419) P/N A3140084-2. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
