- NAICS Code: 511210 Intent to Sole Source Tririga Elite Maintenance: This announcement serves as a notice of an intent to award a sole source Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as prescribed in FAR Part 13 to: Tririga INC. 6700 Via Austi Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89119-3545. This Purchase Order is for the purchase of one year of service maintenance of Tririga elite software. The EPA purchased the software in 2006. Tririga is the only authorized source to provide maintenance for this requirement in the United States and Canada. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract awards shall be made based on offers submitted in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns regarding this procurement shall be made in writing via email to Lael.Kelly@epa.gov Responses to this notice must be submitted COB May 14, 2009. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
