- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, intends to acquire a 27 Spare Part Items for the ISU 96 Refrigeration Containers, from Williams Transport Refrigeration, 3235 Profit Drive, Fairfield, OH. The spare parts are for ISU 96 Refrigeration Containers that Williams Transport Refrigeration has proprietary rights to the drawings. The sole source acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423740 with a size standard of 500 employees.
