The primary objective of this SOURCES SOUGHT notice is to identify businesses capable of providing organizational accounts for use by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District. The corporate accounts would allow full-time, adult, employees to utilize the Contractor's fitness facilities located within a 50-mile commuting radius from each respective work site. It is anticipated that the period of performance for resultant contract(s) will be for a base period of 365 calendar days and four, one-year option periods. The Government anticipates a minimum of 4 corporate memberships with a maximum of 15 corporate memberships in the base year. Multiple locations may be combined, depending upon availability. Options will provide for an opportunity to add additional corporate memberships to subject contract(s). Facilities should include but are not limited to: Aerobic workout equipment; weights or strength training equipment; a variety of workout classes and at multiple times throughout the day; a year-round lap sized swimming pool; and shower facilities with lockers. Hours of operation must be between 16 and 24 hours a day Monday through Friday and at least 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Technical: This announcement serves only as market survey/sources sought notice in order to determine the interest and availability of small business concerns. PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. Potential sources must submit a statement, on company letterhead, that demonstrates your ability to comply with the guidelines for corporate accounts signed by an individual authorized to legally bind the company. In your statement include information relating to: facility location(s); facility amenities and equipment; and company brochures.
