- Purchase Specification Solicitation This purchase specification is for the purchase of an F-15 Integrated Baseline Test Fixture to be used in a newly acquired Avtron Universal Automatic Hydraulic test stand. The fixture must be designed and built to test assets for the Units Under Test (UUT. The fixture must attach to and interface with the Avtron Universal Automatic Hydraulic test stand. The test Fixture interface is both electronic and mechanical.
