- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91243-09-T-0019, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 337124 with a size standard of 500 employees. Item 0001, Two Hundred Twenty 220 - each, Cabinet, Individual Storage, Federal Prison Industries UNICOR Model SKU WLKU243684, descriptive drawing/sheet attached, or equal. To be considered or equal the following salient characteristics are needed by the Government: Double door cabinet with shelves and drawers; 22 gauge steel construction; double doors louvered top and bottom; lever handle key lock; three drawers, coat rod with two clothes hooks; hat shelf plus two removable shelves; overall cabinet size: 36 W +/- 2 X 24 D +/- 2 X 84 +/- 1; color: grey. All or equal offers will provide specifications, descriptive literature of product offered and country of manufacture. Desired delivery date is 45 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination to Lincoln NE, zip code 68524. Cabinets will be shipped unassembled. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Buy Amercian Act shall apply to this solicitation. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price is the specific evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Numbered Note One (1) applies to this quotation. Offers are due 20 May 2008 no later than 1:00 p.m. CST at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Rd, Lincoln NE 68508.
