- Description
- The Vale District Office of the Bureau of Land Management requires the labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct an expansion to the Maintenance/Curation Building Annex of the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (NHOTIC), located at 22267 Highway 86, approximately five miles east of Baker City, Oregon. Work will include, but is not limited to, a transition from the existing wet fire sprinkler system to a dry fire sprinkler system in the annex structure, and the expansion of the existing wet fire sprinkler system in some areas of the project. Additional work will include: expansion of the existing fire alarm and lightning protection systems, relocation of the existing structure's electrical service line, adapting to the new over-build on the roof, adding a fire rated wall, and adding a new utility sink with connections to the existing sewer and water system.
