- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Baughn Engineering, Inc., 2974 1st Street Ste A, La Verne, CA 91750-5671, for 1 EA of Fixture Design, Model HE-S36M Base Design, 1 EA Head Expander, Model HE-S36M Base and 1 EA Vibration Fixture, Model HE-S36M-PGA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-09-T-0130. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretio! n of the Government.
