- Construction Project: Devore Road Paving. The work consists of widening and resurfacing a section of Devore Road located at McNary Dam, Umatilla County, Oregon. The resurfacing involves the removal and replacement of the deteriorated asphalt along the roadway centerline and a 2 inch asphalt overlay along the project length. The total length of the road is 1090 feet, of which 960 feet will require widening by approximately 6 feet. Work expected to be completed by September 15, 2009. Required completion time will be stated in the solicitation. Site of the work is Umatilla County, Oregon. Invitation for Bids No. W912EF-09-B-0011 will be posted to the FBO website on or about May 22, 2009. Bids will be due no sooner than 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date.
