- PLEASE READ ALL ATTACHMENTS TO THE SOLICITATION AS UPLOADED. A. Proposal Receipt Date: June 3, 2009 by 3:00 PM EST at place of Proposal Receipt. B. The General Services Administration (GSA) has made arrangements with Mr. Darryl, Print Representative Blueboy Document Imaging 214 L St. NEPhone: 202.265.0272 Washington, DC 20002Fax: 202.986.0172 to assist the General Services Administration in the printing and the distribution of the Drawings and Specifications to accompany the RFP to potential offerors interested in this St Elizabeths project: These documents may be ordered and purchased directly from the printer at cost by any interested firm. By purchasing these documents, your firm agrees to print, sign and submit the attached form entitled “Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement for Obtaining Specifically Printed Documents”. This three (3) page form may be submitted to my attention by fax on (202)401-6075; or by direct email at bonnie.echoles@gsa.gov. C. A site visit is scheduled for May 15, 2009 at 10:00am. The site visit will be held at the St Elizabeths West Campus, 2700 Martin Luther King Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20032. In order to keep the size of the potential group manageable, each Offeror will be limited to two (2) members for the site visit. Pre-Registration for Site Visit Pre-Registration is required for all attendees to the Site Visit. Offerors shall submit a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) identifying all attendees from their respective teams by May 12, 2009.
