- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia Site intends to solicit, on a full and open competitive basis, for an Oil Containment Boom Guide & Oil Containment Boom Guide Apparatus Systems Kits. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 332710. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. Offerors shall be required to submit both price and technical proposals. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. The anticipated release date for the solicitation has been changed to 05/29/2009.
