- IQC09113009013: A total of 10 items will be included in this solicitation and the FSC to be included is 6150. Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. All items included in this solicitation are competitive items and all drawings will be available at the time the solicitation opens. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued as 100% Hubzone Set Aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Several items do contain a Surge requirement. The solicitation is SPM4A609R0526. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
