- RECOVERY – THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR, REVEAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGIES INC., UNDER THE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF REDUCED SIZE EXPLOSIVE DETECTION SYSTEM UNITS AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT. The Transportation Security Administration intends to award a delivery order under its Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of reduced size explosive detection system units and ancillary equipment. A firm-fixed price delivery order is being issued against an IDIQ contract which was competitively awarded to a small business, Reveal Imaging Technologies Inc.
