- This requirement was previously announced under RFQ HSCEEH-09-Q-00046. This requirement has been chnged from a Request for Quote (RFQ) to a Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested parties that have expressed interest in the RFQ do not need to respond again. Interested parties are reminded that they must have an active registration under www.ccr.gov before a copy of the solicitation can be obtained. The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Federal Protective Service has a requirement to procure two (2) large and four (4) small Mobile Command Vehicles (MCV). These vehicles will be deployed throughout the continental US. This procurement will be processed under Full and Open Competition. The applicable NAICS code is 336120. The basis for award of the resultant contract will be on the Best Value to the Government as established by the tradeoff process evaluation approach, cost and non-cost factors considered. The anticipated release date for the RFQ is ESTIMATED to be May 8, 2009. It is the contractor's responsibility to continuously monitor this web site for the latest information concerning this requirement.
