Description
This project includes all work associated with the replacement of a roof, paint exterior steel around the cab, re-flash air conditioning units and other siding penetrations and interior finish ceiling replacement at the Airport Traffic Control Tower at Enid, Oklahoma The work includes but is not limited to the following: a.Replace cab roof;b.Paint/re-caulk cab exterior steel and catwalk;c.Wet-seal/glaze cab glass;d.Re-flash and seal exterior siding penetrations;e.Replace suspended ceiling in five areas; andf.Repair and paint sheetrock walls in restroom. Time: 30 Calendar Days Estimated Cost: Between $100,000 - $200,000 NACI: 238160 Size Standards: $14.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
