- This requirement has been changed from a Request for Quote (RFQ) to a Request for Proposal (RFP). The new number for this requirement is HSCEEH-09-R-00006. Interested parties that have expressed interest in the RFQ do not need to respond again. All further announcement shall be posted under RFP HSCEEH-09-R-00006. interested parties are reminded that they must have an active registration under www.ccr.gov befor a copy of the solicitation can be obtained. The anticipated release date for the RFQ is ESTIMATED to be May 8, 2009. It is the contractor’s responsibility to continuously monitor this web site for the latest information concerning this requirement.
