- PR: 0021404630 Solicitation: SPM4A7-09-R-1036 NSN: 1560-01-539-3702 Item: Nozzle Assembly for the AH-64 Helicopters. Quantity: 18 each Solicitation issue date: May 19, 2009 Solicitation closing date: June 18, 2009 This solicitation is for an UNRESTRICTED, Definite Quantity Contract to the approved source, Boeing Helicopters (8V613). All other manufacturers must submit a SAR package for approval, a process that could take 180 days. FOB point is Destination, and Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies.
