- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Garry Biller, Contracting Officer, email: garry.biller@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9F0524AX, NOUN: Lever, Control, NSN: 1680-01-196-1899; P/N: 70301-02101-044, Min/.Max Quantity: 40/560 each requirement applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, CA. Required delivery is 40 each 375 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 130 each year thereafter. This is 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to UH-60. Required Delivery without FA is 250 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering and tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
