- NSN: 3110-01-118-8585, SPM4A5-09-R-0667, PR 0016018523, Bearing, Roller, Cylindrical, in accordance with US Army Tank Automotive Command (Cage 19207) Configuration Control DWG 12298085 REV E, P/N: 12298085. Approved sources are FAG Bearing Corp (Cage 43991), P/N: 12298085, The Timken Corp (Cage 60038), P/N: 12298085 and BAE Systems Land and Armaments (Cage 80212), P/N: 12298085. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The domestic bearing restriction (DFARS 225.7009 and DFARS 252.225.7016) has been waived for this NSN in accordance with procedures at DFARS 225.7009-4 due to lack of availability of domestic sourcing. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as an unrestricted procurement. This is a RFP/solicitation for a proposed large firm fixed price contract for quantity 76. Estimated value of the procurement is $105,301.80. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Requested delivery is 234 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. Stock delivery location is Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA. The RFP / Solicitation may be available on or about May 18, 2009 and close on or about June 17, 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
