- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to American University 4400 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20016, to provide summer housing in a specific area for 95 Cadet interns for a three week period. The award amount is estimated to be $79,125. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 721199 and the size standard is 7.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualification to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Pam.Jones1@us.army.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
