- HAFB Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E2M69107A001 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on the lowest price to the Government. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-31. This acquisition is to be 100% set-aside and awarded to Small Business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215. The Small Business size standard for this code is 500. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: Computer cabinet. Part #: QSCWS1350. 18-1/2"W X 29 1/2"D x 57 1/8"H. Color: Grey. Qty: 3 CLIN 0002: Drawer cabinets. Part #: QS1350-1234. 28 1/W x 28 1/2"D x 59 1/2"H, lock and 2 key. Suitable for storing small to medium sized items. Includes 12 drawers: 4 @ 2" high, 3 @ 3" high, 5 @ 5" high. Includes 210 drawer compartments, fork truck base. All drawers are full extension with 440lb weight capacity.
