- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE Date Electronically in FedBizOpps is May 12, 2009 **** This project is designed to haul logs from roadside salvage, log decks, campgrounds, or other areas designated to staging areas in close proximity of in-stream restoration sites. The work shall include loading, sawing, unloading, and hauling of logs with and without root wads, from and to various locations within the Willamette, Siuslaw, and Umpqua National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the work required. This project will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quality (IDIQ) for the services specified. Contract performance time will be identified on individual task orders. The Government intends to award up to 5 contracts resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside.
