- The 5th Contracting Squadron (5 CONS), Minot AFB ND, will issue a solicitation on or about 2 Jun 09 for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store at Minot AFB ND. This will be a commercial contract. Work includes but is not limited to providing all management, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to operate and maintain the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store. The performance period of the resulting award shall be from 01 Oct 09 to 30 Sep 10 with four option years available. Anticipated request for proposal issue date is on/about 2 Jun 09, with anticipated proposal closing date on/about 6 Jul 09.
