- Veterans Integrated Service Network - VA Heart of Texas Health Care Network (VISN 17) Contracting Office Annex Site (10N17/90C) anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Anesthesia Record Keeping Software System Service that includes a perpetual unlimited, non-exclusive license for the CIS/PAS, CIS/OR, CIS/PACU and CIS/MS Software. Market research dictates that this shall be an unrestricted acquisition. The contract award shall include at a minimum one-year base period to complete installments after contract award and two (2) one-year option periods for maintenance and support services. Contractor shall provide all the necessary licensing, labor, materials, configuration implementation, testing and on-site training at each VISN 17 site as required by the Statement of Work for Veterans Administration Medical Centers (VAMC) located in Dallas, San Antonio and Temple. Following the guidelines outlined in the FAR Parts 12, 13 & 15, it is anticipated that a solicitation shall be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of a commercial service. The anticipated issue date for the written RFP is 05/04/2009, and the proposal due date is 06/05/2009 by 4:00 p.m. C.S.T. NOTE: This requirement is Subject to the Availability of FY 2009 Funding.
