- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only NOTICE; a written solicitation will not be issued. There are no attachments. This is a notice of intent to direct award to the State of Louisiana Military Department (National Guard) Dining Facility, Camp Cook, Ball, LA, onsite meals for a 26 May through 4 Jun 09 JROTC Leadership Challenge. LAARNG DFAC is a military facility that will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for approx. 200 cadets and 50 cadre during the above timeframe. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ONLY.
