- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 09-233-SOL-OS2322 and it is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This is an unrestricted RFQ. The associated NAICS code is 541511 and the size standard is $25 million. CLIN 1 – ProSight Annual Maintenance (BSN#1136), QTY 12 Months, includes: ProSight MS Project Single Bridge, QTY 4 each; ProSight Portfolios – Full User, QTY 2100 licenses; and ProSight Portfolios – Server, QTY 24 licenses. Maintenance shall be performed at 200 Independence Ave., SW, Washington DC 20005. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 is not applicable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible lowest priced offeror. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Please note: An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (OCT 2008), applies to this acquisition.
