- Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) requires services to facilitate and coordinate a business opportunities trade fair at no cost to Anniston Army Depot. Contractor will establish, collect and retain booth registration fees. There will be no additional compensation to the contractor. Contract will be written for a base year plus four (4) one-year options. The base year event will be held not later than 120 days after award of contract. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code is 561920. Federal Supply Code is R799. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hard copies will not be provided. Proposal submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendor may download an electronic copy on or after the issue date by accessing FedBizOpps or the local procurement network at the following address via the internet: https://www. procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business With Us). Estimated issue date is 11 May 2009. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon the interested party to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
