- The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), intends to award a sole source contract to Dieters Close Quarters Defense, Inc. of Trappe, Md. This contractor currently is providing training services and an extension is required. The proposed action is for training services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii). This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement.
