- IARPA-BAA-09-05 Amendment 01 Description in.pdf format IARPA-BAA-09-05 Amendment 01 in.pdf format IARPA-BAA-09-05, Amendment 01 1. This amendment changes and clarifies the original BAA. 2. The full text announcement is amended to show trademarks and registered trademarks for virtual worlds cited as examples. 3. The full text announcement is amended to clarify that while NIST may receive research data, IARPA will neither receive nor provide data. Researchers are responsible for obtaining any data needed for research. Section I.A Program Overview (page 11) is amended to add the following statement: IARPA personnel will not receive any gathered data from researchers, nor provide any VW data for analysis. 4. Section IV.A.1 Proposal Information (page 19), second paragraph, is amended to clarify that costs should be shown for each task: Associated costs for each task should be specified. 5. Section IV.A.2 Proposal Format (page 20), is amended to clarify that Volume 1 shall not exceed 30 pages in total. The statement previously reading: Except for the cover sheet, transmittal letter, signed Academic Institution Acknowledgement Letter(s) if required, OCI waiver/certification, bibliography, and relevant papers, Section I, Volume I shall not exceed 30 pages. Is amended to read: Except for the cover sheet, transmittal letter, signed Academic Institution Acknowledgement Letter(s) if required, OCI waiver/certification, bibliography, and relevant papers, Volume I shall not exceed 30 pages. 6.
