- Amendment 0001(SF30 and Revised Parts Listing) a. Subject request for quotations is hereby amended to correct the description of items or services parts listing. (See Attached) b. The due date for receipt of quotes is hereby extended to May 5, 2009 at 10:00 AM EST. c. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG80-09-Q-3FAR28 and is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government anticipates awarding one firm fixed price purchase order for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Caterpillar Engine Parts to overhaul CGC Katherine Walker. All authorized caterpillar dealers please submit the applicable documentation authorizing your company to be an authorized caterpillar dealer. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. Vendors should include warranty terms and conditions and prompt payment discounts with their quote. This request for quotations is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 333618 with Size Standard of 1,000 employees. The order will be awarded based on price and the ability to meet the requirements and supply ALL inspections and/or repairs by the scheduled delivery date using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price service purchase order. The United States Coast Guard intends to procure OEM Caterpillar Engine Parts (model number 3406, serial number 2WB11476) to overhaul CGC Katherine Walker: (See Attached for List of Parts and provisions and terms and conditions)
