- This requirement is for the procurement of repair parts for the M41 Protective Assessment Test System (PATS) that will be serviced and calibrated at the Army Primary Standards Laboratory, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. The repair parts are used to support M41 PATS currently fieldes. TSI Incorporated is the manufacturer of the M41 PATS and holds proprietary rights to all parts. TSI only sells these parts to the U.S. Army in support of the M41 PATS. These parts are not commercially available from any other source.
