- SYNOPSIS FOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AT TINKER AFB, OK •1. Solicitation will be issued 12 May 2009 and close 12 Jun 2009. •2. RFQ#: FA8101-09-Q-0029 •3. PR#: F3Y0AS9058AC01 •4. Tinker AFB Information Transfer Center •5. New commercial service contract will replace contract FA8101-05-F-0027 expiring 30 Sep 2009 •6. 100% Set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. •7. Description: Service contract for base information transfer center. Maintain document security office, maintain mail distribution center, publications and forms, records management program, record staging facility, mail collections & distribution, and maintain post office for dormitories. Firm Fix Price contract with one year basic period and 4 - 1 year options.
