- Draft RFP File 4 of 4 Draft RFP File 3 of 4 Draft RFP File 2 of 4 Draft RFP File 1 of 4 1 May 2009 Upcoming Industry Day @ LRAFB 20-21 May 2009 Industry Day Information : C-130 ATS, Industry Day(s) is an open forum scheduled for 20 May 2009, 1500-1930 and a one on one forum on 21 May 2009, 0800-1600 at Little Rock Air Force Base Conference Center, 1030 Cannon Drive, Bldg 1030, Little Rock AFB. Please limit the attendees from each interested party to two individuals. There will be one-on-one time during the second day for those requesting to participate; the Government will allow each submitting vendor(s) 30 minutes (Not to Exceed) for questions on the draft Request for Proposal. Please provide any questions electronically by COB 15 May 09 if possible/available to Mr. Joshua Burton by email at Joshua.Burton@hill.af.mil. The schedule will be established on a first come first serve basis based on date/time of receipt of an email request to the POC above (be sure to include your preference). **No phone or fax responses will be accepted. Industry Day Registration : Please provide the company name, full name of individual, date of birth, driver's license number and state of issue and phone numbers for each attendee by COB 8 May 09. Walk-ins will NOT be admitted. You will not have to stop at the Visitor Center as the gate will have a copy of the guest list. Be prepared to show identification for each individual and vehicle registration/insurance. All briefing charts and submitted questions/answers from Industry Days will be posted on Fed Biz Ops after the conference. Library Document Review: In addition to the Industry Day and one-on-one sessions, the Government is opening the Little Rock AFB C-130 ATS Master Library. Please submit your intent to utilize the library in accordance with attached schedule. Please submit a list of documents by 8 May 09 that you wish to review. The librarian will pull these documents out and save you time. Each vendor is responsible for his or her own copier/scanner or external hard drive (no thumb drives). The schedule is based on a first come, first serve basis (be sure to indicate your preference).
