- To: All Requestors of the Prospectus for a Concession Business Opportunity forThe Operation of Guided Float Trips, fishing Trips, Multi-Day Lake Trips, and/or Guided Horseback Rides within Grand Teton National Park Re:GRTEXXX-10 Prospectus Errata No. 2 Jones Holdings, LLC, current concessioner under Concession Contract CC-GRTE014-02 (Crescent H Ranch) has informed the National Park Service that they will not submit a proposal for existing contract CC-GRTE014-02. The Prospectus advertises this contract as a Preferred Offeror. Since the current owners will not be submitting an offer, contract CC-GRTE014 does not have a 'preferred offeror' as defined in Public Law 105-391 and 36 CFR 51.27.
