All software and hardware items are located at Fort Belvoir, VA. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519. The size standard $25.0M. The purpose action is a base period of one year from award date except for HP Brocade 4/24 SAN Switches, their period of performance shall start on September 3, 2009. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract shall be issued for this requirement. This acquisition shall be a Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. This solicitation will be posted via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil with a closing date for the solicitation on 17 April 2009 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time(EST), any quotes received after 10:00 AM EST on 17 April 2009 shall be rendered late and shall not be considered. All solicitation questions shall be sent by email and in by 14 April 2009 at 11:00AM, any questions received after 11:00AM on 14 April 2009 shall not be answered. The solicitation shall include Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) contract provisions and clauses. No hardcopies of the solicitation or any subsequent amendments to the solicitation shall be provided. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted to ASFI. Offerors are encouraged to frequently visit ASFI to view any amendments. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be, actively, register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site at: https://www.ccr.gov.
