- Rental with services of Portable Chemical Latrines for disposal of human waste to include providing units, delivery, set-up, relocation and subsequent removal of units for the base period of 01 October 2009 to 30 September 2010, with four one year option periods. Services cover various locations in and around Fort Gordon including Sumter National Forest in South Carolina, Bush Field Airport in Augusta, Wrens Airport in Wrens, Fort Gordon, Recreation Area at Clarks Hill Reservoir, Leah, Appling, Grovetown and Lincolnton, Georgia. Services include periodic and as-needed cleaning services. This will be a requirements type contract and task orders will be issued. Average estimated quantities is 300 units each which may be increased or decreased as Government requirements change. This procurement action is restricted to small business. NAICS 562998 ($7 Million) is applicable. Solicitation will be posted by no later than 1 May 2009 on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI), Acquisition Business Web site, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Select Contracting Opportunities Search, Solicitation Search, and solicitation number W91249-09-T-0030. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Commercial items provisions and clauses in accordance with FAR part 12 are applicable to this requirement. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of contract.
