- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Ely, Inc. for the dismantle, pack, and ship of a DEA Museum exhibit from California Science Center, Los Angeles to the DEA Los Angeles Field Division warehouse for storage. The mandatory period of performance for this service shall be May 4, 2009 - May 15, 2009. See attached statement of work. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Ely, Inc. under authority 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Closing date is May 4, 2009 at 9:00am.
